Reinstatement Students

C.C.B School of Atlanta can assist students in recovering their student status.  Anyone who has lost their status as a student may contact the school to schedule an appointment.  After meeting with the administration and discussing the circumstances of the status loss, C.C.B. will decide whether or not to submit an application for reinstatement.  Once it is determined that C.C.B. will enroll the student, they must submit the following:

Required Documentation:

a) Completed CCB Application Form;
b) New I-20 form issued by C.C.B.;
c) Copy of previous, valid I-20(s) and official transcripts from all previous school(s);
d) Copy of Visa and Passport;
e) Original I-94;
f) Complete I-539 Form;
g) United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) filing GA (verify current fee);
h) Financial documentation (showing adequate funds to cover the tuition payment and all other expenses); accepted forms of financial documentation include the following:
i. Student’s current bank statement;
ii. Bank statement of direct family member (also send proof of family relationship);
iii. Affidavit of support I-134 (notarized) if sponsored financially by a sponsor with sponsor’s bank statement.

Application Fee + Placement Test Fee: $150 + $20
Tuition for 1 Session (8 weeks): $1390
Total: $1560

*Note: all payments made by credit card will be charged a 3% service fee.

Generally speaking, the following conditions must be met for anyone who has lost their status as a student and wishes to regain it: The original loss of student status must be due to circumstances that were unavoidable and beyond the control of the student; An application for reinstatement must be completed and received by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) within five (5) months of losing one’s status; thus, time is essential and all efforts should be made as soon as possible to reinstate one’s status as a student. Students must attend classes immediately at C.C.B. and adhere to attendance policies; All documents and other necessary components which shows eligibility for a student status must be available.
